Phone upgrade, which one?

Featured Replies

I've got a LG viewty and it's not a bad phone. It has not gone wrong, which I cannot say about the Sony that I had before or the Nokia before that, but the touch screen can be a pain to text with, especially if you need to go back a few words.

You could use the stylus that comes with it of course, but the stylus does not hide in the phone like in a PDA, but comes on a little lanyard that you can attach to the phone and looks like a pocket lipstick so you cannever really attach it without looking a tit.

The battery could last longer, but as it's a tuch screen it is understandable. If you never turn the phone off, it lasts just over a day, so at night mine is almost always attached to the charger.

The camera is good though as is the slow motion video. It also plays dvix.

It's not a bad phone, but the battery life and touch screen for texting could be better.

aye that is tru but il be honest - it aint touch screen - its just heat pads under the lcd.an theres more to go wrong with touch screen. my place is also a authorised samsung service centre aswel an we get loads a samsungs with this "touch screen" technology in because it doesnt work. thus why nokia dont apply it to there phones.

also the software probs found with most n series phones seems to be gettin sorted nows.

o own a n73 loaded with everything on it an with the usual sw upgrade every 2 or 3 months its worked like a dream.

I’m on my 3rd touch screen phone and so far I haven’t had a single issue with it. Sony Erric P900 (great Phone- I have a brand new one sitting in a drawer;)) TyTn I and TyTn II.
