my lance and snow foam arived today:)

put about an inch of snowfoam in the bottle and fill with hot water (not too hot to melt the bottle or your hand!)

spray on car and leave for 5 mins to soak into muck

Rinse off with pressure washer

I then put another coat on and wash with two bucket method

I use cold water. Agree an inch of snow foam will do the trick.

For rally thick foam, found about 1.5cm of ssf, 0.5cm of APC and 0.5cm of hyper wash topped up with luke warm wate, and then applied a couple of notches down from max.

I use about an inch of SSF, then add half inch of CG Citrus wash topped with warm water.

No all products together come to about an inch if that, If the ssf is too concentrated then it will start to strip the wax;)

What size is your bottle then ?

I have the 1 litre lance bottle, so i suppose mine is probably diluted the same as yours if it's a small bottle.

think mine is the 1/2 litre bottle so yeh you are probably right, just holds enough to give the octy a good coat

I have just bought a barely used pressure washer for £25. Looks like it has one of these snow foam lances. Where's the best place to actually buy the gunk to go in it?

My personal favourite is Autobrite SSF (super snow foam) which I think clings longer than other brands.

They also do a blue snow foam. It's basically snow foam with dye in it, but looks ace on the car!
