Cup holder

Featured Replies

I've got one.

TBH i hardly use it.

As it's a genuine part it fits perfectly and is the right colour.

Installation time is about 5 minutes

It's been a while since i fitted it.

You need to remove the top left switch blank ( Or heated seat switch ) to access the top torx screw, And if memory serves me right you remove the heater control cover to access the bottom torx screw,

Unscrew both screws and the blanking plate can be removed insert cup holder and screw in to secure refit heater control cover and switch blank.

There's no need to remove the stereo.

I quite like mine, but I got it cheaper than that from the dealer :D

Just found this on fleabay, GENUINE SKODA FABIA 2005-2007 DASHBOARD CUP HOLDER on eBay, also, Skoda, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Mar-08 09:24:58 GMT)

Anyone done this mod? Are they easy to fit? How does the trim piece that it replaces come off?

TIA

I had this fitted by the dealer after delivery to them and before i collected the car and it cost less than that inc. fitting...... As it's only a couple of minute job for them i reckon most dealers would fit it for free if you asked them while the car was in for something else etc.....

Cheers

Dave.

Ive got one but it does not work with my pioneer head unit.......sticks out to much:thumbdwn:

The quality of this is poor. It can be quite flimsy (I broke 2) before I fitted the Lupo cup holder which is much better IMHO
