Front bonnet grill replacement

Just noticed today I must of hit a big stone and it's shattered on of the fins in the front bonnet grill. Anyone know best way to get it sorted, car going to dealer for service soon, so tempted to get them to do it.

Although it doesn't look like it maybe a hard job. Just looks like a few clips and one of those star type screw drivers.

Anyone else fitted one before?

Car is 2002 1.9 TDI Elegance BTW.

It's just the black grill BTW and not the chrome surround. Or do I need to buy the lot as a kit?

You can buy just the black fins. They are held on by T30 torx screws from behind.
