It's not that I don't believe you more that I question if JBS have achieved that level of tuning! As far as I know REVO have wrung the KO3 to it's very edge of it's capabilities and the absolute maximum we saw was 285bhp, to achieve anymore would mean massaging the figures.

Can you elaborate on the spec of the car?

:rofl::rofl:

Must be some very flattering rollers.

Is that a BWA engine that you've seen at 308hp?

It is in last months Performance Tuner mag. 320bhp on a Leon FR with software alone. :rolleyes::rofl:

That graph looks a little bit too linear to me. I've seen a fair few TFSi prints and not any look like that.

I know that REVO said Steve's injectors were maxed out and couln't flow any more so unless that is running S3 injectors I can't see how they can get the fuel in.

Must be true 'cos it says so. :rolleyes:

The Leon is pretty much the same spec as my car but the RR data from it is wildly different! :confused:

Interesting though, as JBS rollers seem to be accurate especially with stock power readings..(196bhp stock)

A drive in the demo car might tell a lot.

I'm a bit apprehensive about aftermarket fuel pumps as they exert 40 per cent more pressure on the cam follower lobe,which is prone to failure to start with.

i'd be more likely to invite Max Mosley round to my bar mitzvah than believe JBS's figures.....

Is the problem not due to the earlier cams?

VWvortex Forums: Fuel Pumps

So rev A cams had problems anyway but every failure since has been the follower, especially using uprated pumps.
