Hi, Can anyone help. My Octavia Mk 1's hazard lights don't work. The triangle inside doesn't flash or tick. The indicators are fine however. Also, the indicators don't flash when i exit the car and secure with the key. The car may not do this as standard,i don't know, but my previous car (Golf) did and i know they are very similar. Any advice folks. Regards Mark.

You could try swapping out the hazard switch - They are known to fail.

Should be able to get one off the shelf, they are pretty common failures.

I think I'd be more inclined to go and get a new one off the shelf at a dealer given it's such a low value item.
