Right, this has been doing my head in this afternoon. Basically, I'm trying to get tables in word to autofill from tables in Excel. Is there any easy way of doing it easily?

At the minute, I've got the tables inserted into word doc as pictures and I have to update them, but surely there is an easier (and better) way of doing things.

Any ideas?

You could try inserting them as an OLE object. In Word, Insert Object... from file.
