Got a Skoda Octy for bout 2 1/2 years. All was going well until bout 6 weeks ago. Now I am getting some sort of oil in the coolant container (white gunge). Had the head gasket done then auto transmission was stuck in 2nd gear. Put some oil in the transmission and cured that prob. But oil in coolant still persisted so we replaced the transmission oil cooler but problem is still there. Would appreciate suggestions from anyone who had similar probs...not sure if this is the right

place for this but I am new so please bear with me.

Prepping to do 2.0TSi clutch in future - plenty of time and opportunity as I mentioned recently I have a 1.8T L&K Octy also ! I'd seen a comment at some point someone recommending to change rear main seal whilst you are in there. Something to watch for? Also as below

One of the scourges of Greek roads are abandoned motorcycles. Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Hi Everyone, I have been investigating how I can replace the decorative trim pieces on the console of the O4 (see attached picture (version I would like). The easy part has been figuring out the general part numbers, however I get stuck on the specifics. I know the O4 has two technical variants; one with stock leds and one with RGB leds, and that there is a multitude of different codes for all the different colours/textures.
