I'm hoping someone from Ross-Tech will see this post and answer. The SRI reset doesn't work on my '98 Audi S8. Do you need me to send the PLB file or do you already have it and will it be incorporated in the next release? I'm currently using version 704.

What does and SRI reset do ?

It's just an automated way of doing service interval resets instead of changing adaptation channels.

cant you do it manually on the dash? been a long time since ive reset them manually, i cant even remember the channels lol

I can do it, I'd just like to be able to use the automated system since it's there. There's a note on the Ross-tech site to say they need the map but I just wanted to check if they had it.

What version of VAG-COM/VCDS and which data version (see VAG-COM > About) are you using?

We have not updated version 704 since late October 2007 as we are working on the next release cycle. You may want to try Beta 803, my guess is that this should already do it.
