Excellent and professional service so far. You can really see that the staff have been trained properly. They expertly demonstrate the models and their facilities.

We only have 6 cities in Finland with >100,000 people. Jyväskylä is 9th largest, with about 85,000. With so few people comes very little competition, and customer service can sometimes be lacking (no motivation to try harder, as the customers are a captive audience, unless they want to travel great distances to sample somewhere else). But this dealer gave excellent service, 5 stars!
