turn on corner lights and auto lock doors

Featured Replies

Just collected a Fabia II with for my son I've just had a look with vcds but I am unable to see where (if at all possible) this can be done. thanks in advance.

Anti Hijack on the Fab II should be the same as the Fab I so search on that.

Why would you need to "switch on" cornering headlamps? If they are fitted they should work. They are not all fitted with them they are a factory option.

I beleive the op is referring to the cornering fogs where they illuminate when indicating or when turning, I dont think this is necessarily the same as the phsically turning fog lamps (Which will obviously need the appropriate hardware)

I think you can enable this funcion on Octy II, but thats CAN-BUS

The cornering fogs on the Fabia are a different shape to the normal fogs. Normal fogs are round and the cornering ones are more squared off, tapering towards the outside.

I assume they are a different shape to get a wider spread of light to the side of the car when they illuminate while cornering. I would be surprised if it's possible to get normal fogs to illuminate when cornering.

The fog lamps don't actually turn. It's the headlights that do that.

I've got the cornering fogs on mine (but not the cornering headlights).

thanks all for your replys. I was hopeing I could turn on the fog lights and the doors to lock above 15 mph like I did on my octavia II.

The automatic door locking can be turned on by your dealer, it's only a quick job. It works a treat too. It just needs to be activated using their computer thingy.
