Right, having had a chat with Bruntingthorpe it's going to be on a Friday afternoon.  They have the 6th July spare.

Weekend use will result in HUGE costs, but we can keep it to £70 per car if doing it like this to cover use of the site and VBox data logging.

I think rather than let people book the time off and then cancel it's best to stop right now.
