well the big update is iv managed 2 get hold of a low miliage asz 130 engine from a bora with a garrett 130 turbo :-) no pictures yet but iv sent the turbo off 4 hybriding so will be getting FMIC + map etc in due course..

iv still got the 5speed box on from the atd lump so will be able 2 fit a g60 solid flywheel n vrs clutch (much cheaper than solid for 6 speed :-P)..

iv managed 2 get my vrs clocks + ecu coded in + iv fitted 15mm wheel spacers out back + 5mm at the front (not really enough at the front but better clearance on the brakes.. arches need pulling really..

also fitted roof rails because i do a bit of biking.. left em on because thought they looked gangster haha.. :-)

no got valeter at wrk 2 try n sort it but not got everything out :-(.. iv burned abit of laquer off the doors aswell after taking the door strips off + using the caramac wheel to get rid of the sticky bits..

bit of an excuse to get a colour change anyway lol ;-) .. wont be this side if xmas tho..

+ did a temp egr delete untill i pipe my new fmic in next month (ill get a propper egr delete then)

Looking good man how does the pd130 engine go when using a 5spd box? Or havent you changed the engine?

ye the 5 speed box bolts straight onto the asz m8.. tbh there is no difference in engines apart from injectors which i had already replaced.. only reason i swapped the lump is my m8 breaks boras/ golfs + it was low miliage + came as a deal with the garrett turbo (which was fooked hense i hybrided it).. he took my old turbo + atd lump as a px ;-)
