Does any body ( this will be hard ) have a spare 90 degree bend that clips from the plastic pipe to EGR, reason for this is I need to pull one apart to have the metal joiner clips made.

If this cannot be done :( a metal pipe will start from the OEM 90 degree elbow

I have also just had theses made lol it goes in the egr to convert it to a normal pipe?

I'm trying to make the kit with out cutting he crash bar or anything, it's going to be at least 4 weeks before I get te kit and start to fit and adjust bits and go from there. So people will just have to bare with me

Well I started this thread less than 2 days ago, and look how many people want this kit. I also have some one from this forum making 2 pieces, if you don't want the kit then your choice buddy.

The advantage it will have over the other group buy is, it won't have loads of pipe work and will/should fit with out cutting

Yes you should par take, stage one remap = more and higher boost = hotter air so a FMIC will be spot on for cooling that hotter air rather than the standard turd melting behind the bumber with no air flow
