I have spoke to forge for the forge pipe and the x2 couplings we will need, its going to cost £77.61 EACH PERSON. What a cracking deal i think, the map pipe normally costs £41.99 ish, x 2 couplings will cost £79.78 with out delivery haha. SO WE PAY £77.61 FOR ALL 3 IF YOU HAVE EGR THAT IS

So tallying up - £99 for IC, £77.61 for the map sensor pipe and EGR couplings (what are couplings? are they these: http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_3281wt_1163)? and £?? for pipework.

Yup they are the ones lol, well a few prices may go up a couple of quid due to people dropping out :(. So instead of telling everyone the prices I'm going to wait, fit everything and then see what needs buying and what we can save dollar on

Maybe worthwhile copying the couplers too if the ebay seller is making money off it @ £17.99 each. I would help but only friend I have who is in the business makes high spec machinery, along the lines of aircraft products and components for the F1 cars. Probably not going to make 'standard' quality for our uses .

Still awaiting final product on couplings and map sensor, will be worth the wait but it's just having to wait. :(

Have you got the lower pipework from turbo to IC sized up yet?

Unfortunately still awaiting for the map sensor pipe to be made and couplings, once there done then going to order te rest of the parts and try trial fitting. There's always something that has to go on hold lol

Sorry to be abit of a downer or what ever you want to call it but those alloy pipes should really be beaded especially for the remapped guys as they might pop off :( . On another note the bottom pancake pipe is is roughly 57mm but i have replaced mine with a 51mm alloy 90 bend and a 90 degree silicone bend to the turbo using a coupler from darkside that is a 51mm bayonet. Also if you are using tbolts clamps best price and size range i found was txautosport, the ones on ebay etc dont seem to give a very good range in adjustment.

The intercooler pipes for the group buys are beaded bud, the ones in the pictures are the ones people receive. There exactly the same but with the beaded ends the pictured ones are for my trail fitting

And where does that clip in bud? The pancake pipe

No directly into the turbo outlet allowing a 90 silicone bend and a 90 alloy pipe to replace the oem rubber pipe and pancake pipe.

That after i cut the pancake pipe before.

So now the bayonet connector i posted before goes into the red 90 and clips into the turbo instead of the oem black pipe and clip.
