Are the conjustion charges 24hour mate ?

No Lloyd they stop charging in the evening. From 6 or 7pm you are fine.

Congestion charge is 07:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

No charge on weekends, public holidays, between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day inclusive, or between 18:00 and 07:00.

Are we going to run into any problems from Network Rail by having a group of us turning up into a pedestrian through-way??
