There is a petrol station opposite, alongside Loomie's, a biker cafe.

Some nice hills and twisty roads around there and on the way, so drive safely

Wow, that place brings back some childhood memories. Used to be called the West Meon Hut IIRC. They had an EPIC tree house/childrens play effort in the pub garden.

Yeah, I'm sure Dad used to head up that way when he owned a bike, gotta be 10 years ago he gave as he felt he'd lost his road confidence. It was a stonking great Bandit 1200 he rode though

I know the place, you right there used to be this crazy tree thing there in the pub garden. And I'm sure that loomies place used to be a little thief many moons ago, that a272 is a treacherous road in places.

I am, though numbers appear low :( I'll be wearing a carnation in my buttonhole and carrying a copy of The Times :D

I'll possibly be running slightly late but I will be there as soon after 6:30 as I can

Our first monthly meet was great, though numbers were small (3) but the food was good (2 for 1 meals) and the company/ banter was better.
