pickup brake upgrade

Featured Replies

Hi there...just got my 1st skoda and pickup. 2000 plate with only 54kon the clock... now ive found the thread to upgrade to disks on the rear of the truck but does any one know what options are available for the front... bolt on would be preferable and from the vag parts bin if possible.... I have a set of porsche 996 rear calipers.. 4 pots... if these were a possible front upgrade.... any info is gratefully recieved.... thanks tony

^^ yeah that... Ford parts are your answer.

or wilwood midilites have been known to go on these if you have money to burn.

Hi there thabks for the info... I will de searching ebay for bits by the looks... im.suprised there are no vw seat audi parts that would be suitable....

The thing is the felicia has nothing in common with any other vag group car, the only interchangeable part is the steering wheel. Essentially they are just a rounded version on a favorit which goes back to the days before vw owned them, so none of the vag parts fit.

Hi tom. Thanks for the info... ive read the thread on the mondeo upgrade... now if been searching old ebay does it matter if they are from an automatic mondeo or a diesel..? Thanks again

to be honest i don't know, i seem to remember somebody telling me that that were all the same except the v6 model but i can't confirm this. it might be worth getting on a ford forum and asking the question. legend
