  1. Mine does that sometimes but 20 times is indeed too much. I have the 2763 software version on my 2025 PHEV. What about you?
  2. But, truth be told, this should not be happening, in my opinion. After all, it's the top spec car from skoda
  3. Mine was bought as a service car with 27k kms, didn't have wrinkles, but after 3k kms more it started to get as yours.
  4. Can you post a picture? I'm not getting what you mean...
  5. You don't need a smartphone, you just need to go to users and add a new user. That user must have a skoda account. Chatgpt explains it good enough.
  6. My PHEV superb software was just updated to the 2768 version on the skoda shop. Anyone else on that software already? I hope it fixes stuff...
  7. My car is from 01/2025 and is at the shop doing a software update to the 27xx version, I believe. I truly hope this stuff is fixed with it!
  8. Thanks for your answer. Yeah, I contacted skoda support and all I got was an AI voice and some gereral instructions
  9. My car is at the repair shop at this moment, I keep losing my connection (the globe turns grey), even after a factory reset and deleting the user and setting everything up again. They say they have a new software, I hope it fixes this issues. I was with 2630 version on my 2025 phev, has anyone already got the 27xx software version? Cheers
  10. I understand but that should happpen from the start and not an half an hour after I started driving...
  11. I agree. I understand now that the keys must be in the front but I never had a problem until now. And it should have been some kind of warning, instead of turning off the car comppletly without any sign or error. Very dangerous, it was.
  12. I had it in a case
  13. I has driving for half an hour already, with the key on my back seat, as I always do, and the car turned off complete and a warning says "key not recognized". The breaks and wheen still worked so I pulled on the side road. Got out of the car with my key, walked a few meters away from the car, got back, the key worked again and I was able to get it working again.
  14. I belive that that is an extra, it's only standard on the L&K version, with leather seats. I must tell you that I have that version and tried it for the first time today for half an hour and didn't feel anything. The AC does the real job of cooling my body temperature. Also, I my car is offline for the 3th time (after resetting to factory settings the user and Infotainment), I'm very disappointed with the software. Also, my car stopped working during a journey on the motorway today, it was scary, I had the key on the back seat, as I normally do, I don't know if I have to have it on the front of the car but this shouldn't happen this way, I could been in a road crash... I'm worried that this will happen again!
  15. You have the phev version? Which software version are you on right now? Cheers
