Throttle Response

Featured Replies

another little gremlin. when i press the accelerator when driving the car seems to go,stop,go,stop,go.

been suggested it could be maf sensor, my mate suggested intercooler piping. car still seems to boost ok, was wondering if anybody else has experienced this problem?

Could be many things so you need to get VCDS on it to look for fault codes before you start throwing parts at it.

I experienced that, one of the coils was cracked.Nothing on VCDS was shown

Had the same issue with mine. Changed the N75 and it now pulls smooothly all the way through.

Check the vac hoses for splits to start with then clean the MAF very important to use a cleaner that will leave no residue as the MAF wont read properly! Then clean out ur throttle body.

I had the same problem with my vrs until the good guys on here told me all the above, i did it and its much better now :)
