clutch / revving issue on fabia :(

Hi,

 

I have a problem with  fabia that's causing me issues. I've taken it to a garage and they couldn't fix it. 

 

In a nutshell basically sometimes i'm in a gear and I have the accelerator down applying throttle then when i apply the clutch to go up a gear the accelerator flies up right to highest level of acceleration then comes back down again this does not always occur sometimes does it sometimes doesn't does not do it when the car is at standstill (not changing gears).

 

I did get a scan with a legit vcds cable, and below  is the result of the scan, seems there is something picked up. I did offer this log to the garage but they didn't want it insisting their equipment was better.

 

The garage told me they replaced the clutch switch and the throttle body, now I'm stuck as that's the first thing I would have changed. Anything else I should look at ? (trying to avoid taking it to a garage as they didnt fix it and i'm £70 out of pocket so far)
