red in door light cover removal? and bumber removal

Recommended Posts

hi there i'm new to the site, and i'm a new skoda fabia VRS owner (55 plate)

I'm just wanting to tinker and i know it may be a simple question but in the door card on the front doors, there are lights in which have a red cover on them.

is there an easy way to get them out?! is it as simple as flicking them out with a flat head or do you have to take the door card out? as i think it would be a cool idea to tint them interior door lights.

Also could some one possibly tell me or link me to a walk through of removing the front bumper (with pictures preferable) as im planning on doing a wide mouth conversion and tinting the fog lights.?

Many thanks People!!!

Bumper removal...... http://www.forgemotorsport.com/media/FabiaVRS(1).pdf

Widemouth guide..... http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/263704-wide-mouth-bumper-a-rough-guide/

Both very easily found using the search function, which is a really useful tool :)

As for the lights in the door, IIRC they just flick/push out.

The lights, think your prise them out from one end as the lock in slide in at an angle to hold firm I think.

I'd start at the end towards the middle of the door but might be wrong.
