New News is that the 1.4 TSi is being replaced with a 1.5Tsi which VW claim will be 10% more efficient. Turbo boost from as low as 1300 RPM. Likely to be seen first in facelift Golf due later this year.

Guess that means Skoda will get the new engine in 2020 if they are lucky!
