Somewhat Confused

I think you have to delete your phone under the 'User' option within the Bluetooth Menu in Maxdot. Once removed, the Phonebook is deleted. You can then reload your phone as a new user and your phonebook is uploaded again from your phone. Hope this helps.

15.5k from a set of front tyres? I should be so lucky! I think you have done well for Conti's. My car is at nearly 21k and getting near to the second set of fronts. Rears are pretty close too now.

Errrrr Helllooo........................Reality check needed at the dealer!! There are MILLIONS of cars out there with wheel trims ...........and how many do you think have had issues of this kind? What a ridiculous statement.

Pleased to see it has arrived for you! I ordered mine through Telfords as they are my local dealer. We ordered our cars at the same time. Mine was collected on the 3rd December. I wonder if having a broker in the mix extended your delivery time a little as I can't see the options chosen delaying delivery. But, HeyHo, its here now so all is well with the world! Re the footrest on cruise, I noticed the same thing initialy but find there is sufficient room on the wheel arch to rest the foot and now I don't notice it. I loved the vRS and prior to delivery, I kept getting doubt if I had done the right thing in ordering the Superb Estate. I needn't have worried. The power is far more subtle and often find myself suprised when I look down at the speedo. So much so, I have put the Road Angel back in. Enjoy!

You can change on the maxdot. Im working from memory, so no gaurantee! I think it comes under the convenience settings. It is there somewhere as I changed mine from the default.

Sorry to hear you have not had a good experience ukcruiser. I have the Galaxy S and it works well with the Columbus system. Full compatibility and connects nice and quickly. Certainly faster than the Samsung Tocco Ultra I was using previously. Could it be you had some applications working int he background perhaps that was slowing things down? Anyway, as you have sent it back it don't make any difference I guess. Hope you have more success with your replacement. Have a good Xmas.

Had mine for 2 weeks now and put 2800+ miles on it, so it's had a good run in. You are not as involved in the driving experience as you would have been with the vRS but you will find it easier to drive and not so much front wheel chatter with the smoother torgue band. Comfortable for eating up the miles and enough poke when you need it. The Columbus is a big improvement on the previous nav unit and very easy to use. Enjoy your new wheels!

Hopefully it won't be long for you. I will be so glad to get out of the hire Mondeo I have at the moment. The alloys are nice but the rest of it is pants! You certainly appreciate the Skoda build quality when you get into one of these. Only on hire due to my vRS going back to the lease company before the Superb arrives. Same model as you.
