The car starts no problem in cold weather with the SAI delete, the only running issue I had was a split hose from the crankcase to the inlet manifold was causing a lean on bank one fault. I fitted a Cloude9 catch can kit and that cured the issue.

Thanks, I've owned it for four years now. Just coming up for 80k miles, not bad for 17 years old!

Had the car mapped at JP Tuning in Hawick, it now makes 200bhp and 250lbft (340nm) Also had the SAI mapped out, had to unplug the haldex as it's only a 2WD rolling road.

Been a while since I've updated this thread, car is still running well and has had a few upgrades this past year.

The rivets in the differential broke and made a mess of the gears, I had a diesel final drive ratio fitted so now the car cruises at 2500 rpm at 70mph instead of 3000rpm.

Hi there, thought I'd better update this thread. Decided to go all out and replaced the timing belt and water pump, along with the tensioners and auxiliary belt. I also replaced the plastic water pipe connections with alloy ones, removed the SAI and fitted a new thermostat. The car now sits at 90°C with no fluctuations.
