just finished now ..... end of a late shift a 4wd and an empty works carpark all the slush had turned to ice and it was such a terrible thing having to drive past the manager in his bmw 530 stuck at the bottom of the carpark when the exit is at the top lmao:rofl::rofl:

yea tried to get the C4 out this morning but there is a steep bit as you come onto the main road at the end of the street C4 electrics said no chance maty so had to reverse back get the subaru then lots of power and slide your way up the hill GREAT fun:thumbup:

tyres aint that wide really 205 45 17 i think whereas the c4 is 225 50 17 and the C4 is full of electrics that pretty much stop you from doing anything "fun" i recon about £12 fot the 38 miles she did most of it sat in traffic

well i got away with it yesterday but with 4" of snow last night the subaru is the only car that has made it off the street this morning so she is in it agan:mad: Someone is taunting me:grumpy:

the missus has a citroen C4 VTS i have the GTB my brother has a mapped VRS which he leaves here at the weekends for me to use when he goes to see his missus on the train but TBH it aint gettin used quite as much now i have the GTB

nope its a 96 so no trip computer or anything it is fairly sedate on the 1st turbo (mk1 octy vrs type quick) unless she takes it past 4.5k rpm when the 2nd turbo comes in ... Just text her and told her to take it steady on the way home its been snowing;) she has been stuck in traffic all the way there:thumbup:

a few weeks ago i saw a subaru legacy GTB for sale for a bargin price and after always wanting one i had to have it. Problem was getting it past the other half, so i used the old "its 4x4 darlng great in the snow and ice really safe" whilst missing the part out about the 2 Turbos it has bolted to it and the 300 bhp it has. She agreed and next thing i know its sat outside... Happy as a pig in **** i was. untill this morning when i got up her car is sat outside and the subaru has gone.. phoned her and she said it was icy so she took the safe car (first time she will have driven it) now i know she will be ok in it (she used to drive the vrs) but wondering how big an **** kicking i am gonna get when she realizes just how quick it is:thumbdwn:

i have had loads of cars with lift off oversteer 205 gti saxo vts C2 vtr Clio 182 (the best one for it lol) and even the C4 vts will do it if provoked big wide roundabouts were my friend you can provoke them into it at really low speeds not the high speed loose control crash style demonstrated the gtb aint quite as easy to do it in tho

nope pressures are bob on as it says in the all be it japanese manual did the full check oil water tyres ect ect just needs a wash this week and a good wax

Yea loving the smothness of the twin turbo setup no massive surge of boost so it's easy to drive tis a manual too got a rrd printout showing 312 bhp so it ain't no slouch

Got offered this off a friend who needed fast cash it has been well looked after and i got it for a steel i know its a subaru but i like the sleeper apearence to it will add a few more pics later

Gutted i missed this one just could'nt get the GTB taxed and de-limited in time would have loved to have run it too might have even give that cupra sommat to run against eh lol:thumbup:

count us in either in the fabia or the VTS not sure which yet

tbh it was the price that was the decider looked at a 225, vxr, ST ect ect but this C4 is a 2007 on a 56 plate with 9 k on the clock got it for 8 grand which is a LOT less than the 225's with sim milage age ect plus it is better spec'd than any of the others

tis the 2.0L 180 bhp engine out of the 206 gti 180

well after having the little one decided the 182 was waaaay too small so decided twas time for a change picked this up for a bargin price spec'd up well too tis a C4 VTS on a 56 plate
