  2. Well after 3 hours, job well done finally got it in, hardest part was trying to get all the wires positioned so the unit would slip back in but overall impressed with bit of kit and all for £102 Like to thank everyone who helped me with information thank you. DMilleaVRS
  3. Right got it all weird up but only got three speakers working my drivers one has no sound.....any clues y I think it might have summit to do with the mute lead? DMilleaVRS

  5. Things is I was never given or told a code or told I needed one I dodnt buy the car from a skoda dealers so how would I know of it has come with a code? DMilleaVRS

Before I pull this bolero out I cannot find any where about the code for it obviously if I disconnect it it will need the security code inputted but I dont have a clue where it is, it states in the manual that its equipped with a convenience coding says the codes stored in the instrument cluster and manual code is normally not necessary...what does it mean by that. ...sorry to sound lame DMilleaVRS

  9. Only gone and ordered the wrong piggy back fuse bought a normal 10amp fuse one is there a normal size fuse in there I can use or do I defo need the mini DMilleaVRS

  11. How did you fit the usb lead in the bottom glove did you have to drill a hole? And when I piggy back the fuse which fuse is best to go off ? By the way cheers for the uploads DMilleaVRS

  15. And surely unless there is summit plugged into the 12v socket its not live DMilleaVRS

  17. Also just to piggy back onto this...is it possible to fit a 12v splitter in the glove box cut off the 12v plug and scotch lock the wires to the positive feed that run into the 12v standard port in the center or would thos mean it would constantly be live draining the battery? DMilleaVRS
