How do the trims come out?????

Was maybe gonna just get it spayed gloss black. 150 all in that maybe the was forward

Im in worcester just south of birmingham. .1 place wanted £175 to wrap it ! No chance... how do you remove the trims???? Could maybe be a little cheeky and see if any fellow octavians are close and could help me out with it for maybe beer tokens ;)

Hey folks so I thought that I fancied carbon wrapping the vrs roof. Red car black carbon roof nice or so I thought after a hour or 2 of playing around with a sheet of vinly it was starting to look good,that was until I came to smooth the edges and along top of windscreen and boot lid. Do you think I could get it tight and flat to roof NOPE so I continued for anothet hour rubbing and smoothing and still had bubbles and then creased the bloody film :( not happy at this point so I decided to get it all trimmed and attack it. It just would not stick along windscreen edge, then like magic it seemed done :) until the drive to work this morning, a strange humming noise from car got to work and holy **** most of the vinly was gone along with most of the lacquer. Now my roof looks complete crap and im GUTTED. Car looks very very poorly. Im now thinking do I just get the roof sprayed black or just sand the rough bits of and get it professionally wrapped ( at £130 though) :( proper gutted

Do it you wont regret it... best car ive owned so far keep k&n just heat shield it from engine and smile when you put your right foot down

Ninjavrs ive just messaged the seller of the red breaking octy on ebay. That was a good spot, fingers crossed... would it come off easy any ideas? And its a perfect colour match for mine sorry OP for gatecrashing your thread :|

Running temp is fine, so dont think its thermostat, any ideas where temp sensor is located?

I may have arrange a little blast with my mates fabia vrs on our private road. He says it takes out civic type r's and he done a clio 192 and glanza the other day..

Right chaps quick question. Which is the quickest a stage 1 mapped fabia vrs or a standard octy vrs? Or would it be fairly even?

Hmmmmm I think mine need doing aswell :( I have a fair sized gap and knocking when going over bumps... how much of a job is it? Are there any guides on here? Sorry to OP for jumping on the thread
