I didn't want to over do it with pics ;-) Here are a couple more........... Last night ( i think it looks great in the dark, when you come back to it and unlock it!!!) On a run to the office this morning.......(My passenger obviously taken the picture of the MPG...not me) I'm tempted to remove the 'Skoda' and the 'Octavia' badge as i've seen on another thread.....anyone else doing this?

The one in the showroom said on the card advertising it that it has DAB radio. I had a play with the Amusden inside the car and couldn't see the DAB setting on it anywhere. I did ask the dealer but didn't get a great knowledgeable response from them! I will have to give them a shout to confirm it.

It's just a plastic cover. What is Kessy? excuse my ignorance?!

Absolutely 100% worth the wait, as frustrating as it is. I had to wait 12 weeks.

It was about £4 from the dealers. I got them to throw it in :-)

Picked up my new Octy VRS TDI DSG today. Another candy white estate! Lol, with Gemini anthracite alloys and red stitching. Only extras were cruise and spare wheel. I did try to add the black pack but was too late!! Opted out of company car scheme, so my allowance covers the cost of it. Absolutely love it, really pleased. It's a fantastic motor so far having covered about 40 miles!

I've been shopping around. My best that I've just taken out today with Adrian Flux (Equity Redstar) is £460! 2013 Vrs TDI 31 yo, 4 yrs no claims discount, 1 accident in July (small bump in works van). No points, 29 yo mrs as named driver. 15k business miles. I didn't think mine was too bad,although reading some of the above maybe not so good?!? Who did you all go with above? Mozz

Hi all, I've just persuaded the mrs to part with our gas guzzling Freelander 2 and order a Fabia Monte Carlo 1.2 105 black. We were only in the dealership to look at my new Octavia, that I'm picking up tomorrow! (Quietly excited)! They've said they can get us one from another dealership next week with only delivery miles on!! Am I right in saying they have the DAB radio? Also what about aux input/iPod connection? Is this standard on this black model? Excuse my ignorance!

Excuse my ignorance but what is the canton and maxi dot?? I can't wait to get mine. I ordered it yonks ago, but been built last week so should get in 3 weeks fingers crossed. I've gone for candy white VRS estate, TDI, DSG, spare wheel, red stitching. The more I read on here the more I wish id gone for black pack (did try to add but was too late). Loving the car btw.....thanks for the pics! Very smart!!

Thanks for posting them up. I really like them. IMHO they look much better than the standard wheels, however I've ordered the Gemini Anthracites and will probably stick with them for now! Great post!!! :-)

Another Candy White estate DSG here. Being built week 41. Dealers said 2-3 weeks after! Getting closer now! Had a candy white Scirocco and loved it! Can't wait!!

Same here..... I'd be interested to see this as I have also ordered an Octy 3 VRS estate for the pouch. Mrs Mozz has a Freelander 2, and we bought an after market jobby from Halfrauds. It was about £50 and fits perfectly. Doesn't rattle, no drilling required and very sturdy. Cheers, Mozz

I've ordered a white Octavia VRS TDi estate, DSG, cruise & a spare wheel, with the anthracite Gemini alloys. Had a phone call from the dealer last week saying build week 41 (7th Oct). They said I should get it 2-3 weeks after then? Fingers crossed!! Can't wait!!
