  1. I am hoping to do the butcher challenge on my way home too! I hope your phone dies :P
  2. You could get the bonus points though?
  3. Fair enough, no worries. As andyvee says, if you hit a bump and there a knock from the wheel then there may be a problem, but if not then I shouldn't worry. Of course, failing that you could always ask your dealer to check?
  4. Yep, the corrugated plastic is the shock absorber piston gaiter. You should be able to lift the bottom up a few centimetres if you put you fingers between the spring coils.
  5. VRS TDi registered May 2014: Bridgestone Potenza S001 225/40/R18. Alloys are anthracite geminis.
  6. Seeing an original Audi Quattro in full rally livery!

  8. Sorry to hear about your crazy wait, but I hope it has been worth it! Car looks fantastic
  9. I reckon that it is real, just a long time practising! But I am sure that wasn't an issue with the assistant being used :P
  10. Hi Guys! Sorry its been a while since the last post on this thread but I thought I would give an update in case you are interested. My car went back to the dealer on Friday for a replacement dust shield which was fitted (although a 1.5 hour job took 3 hours...). Also to sort the alignment being knocked issue, I have had my car 4 wheel hunter aligned today and there was nothing out of limits. So it looks like it didn't cause any serious damage on the few occasions the shock absorber bottomed out. Needless to say I am happy that it is sorted now, and I have peace of mind that the alignment is right!
  11. Had it 4 wheel hunter aligned, no issues found
  12. Ahh fair enough, I can cope with that
  13. Forgive the stupid question, but am I right in thinking that a ned is also a 'chav'. I didn't use the urban dictionary at all :P
  14. That'll do me sir, next challenge please! Liking the photos too That'll do me too for some bonus points like the second pic! I did wonder if we would struggle due to the dry weather but I didn't want to make the challenge more complicated than it needed to by by saying that it could be the site of a ford.
  15. I have seen before too, I have found one close to me so at least I can do the challenge, but hopefully one of you guys manages it
  16. Wrong sort of Ford, Lee!! glad you enjoyed it though Please don't go flooding your car! I will accept two wheels if its a big one!
