Yes sure.. let me have some time driving it and I'll draw up what I see as the pro's and cons.. might help someone decide.

Collected mine tonight.. what a difference from my old mk3. Even though those new headlights look dodgy... the lights are fantastic.. Very impressed with the 1.4..so much quieter and smoother than my old 2.0 tdi.

Not sure... looks like it did miss the boat..but its here now.

Wouldn't be without the winter pack... Only have to scrape one car now, by the time I've done that mines defrosted and all toasty! Though I'm not sure I've noticed the heated washer jets do anything?

Well, according to my boss,, £5000 if ordered from factory, no discount if from stock...factory order it is then ! The figure I saw was around £18000! Got the options I wanted as well to boot.

Well, was told today deal done on my new car, 1.4TSI DSG Estate in black, Delivery probably mid Sept. Cracking price as well.

I have a question for anyone with a new O3FL that has the LED Headlights. Are they any good? And what does the AFS do for them?

Sooo... time is approaching to change my car, which has to be one of the most comfortable cars I've ever had the pleasure of, economical as well, MPG is still getting better week by week. Been looking at the O3FL, not a fan of the front, but the rest of the car is great, can live with the fugly look. Got a question that I hope someone can help with? I'm probably going to end up changing from a 2.0 TDi to a 1.4 TSI DSG (Both 150PS engines). Is the 1.4 going to be an issue as I'm used to the 2.0ltr? Not worried about the MPG difference... just the everyday driving aspect. (Am I trying to talk myself out of another O3? This would be my 3rd.)

Hi all My Octavia will be going soon and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for clearing the Sat Nav stored locations quickly? I can delete them one by one, but that would take forever! I don't suppose it's also possible to copy those locations to put into the new cars system, It will be VAG system also?

Well, I joined the Overheating Club today, Lots of red lights on dash and messages to stop immediately, always when you're in the outside lane at 70! Skoda Assist to the rescue... failed water pump. Car at dealers, now waiting for a loaner from Skoda.

Has to be a quality issue... I don't wear a ring..wouldn't say I have rough hands...wife doesn't drive it...thought i was just unlucky...find it really annoying when changing gear.

Mines gone the same...like a layer of the finish has come off. Car will probably be changed in 15 months so not going to bother about it.

I queried that when collecting mine... I always thought that if a bulb was fitted it had to work for the MOT...?
