Do you remove it or do it in place? Iv sprayed it before when it was in place about a year ago

No got no cleaner to do it. Only got brake and contact cleaner in atm. Suppose I could get some carb cleaner and clean the tb, pipe and the pancake.

Just took it for a spin. Seems to be surging less but still there in 5th. Seems to be above 90 now instead of 80. Idle is abit better too. Still the needle moves up and down a fair bit. I noticed it was working lose abit again. Maybe the oil on the inside of the pipe. Should there not be that much oil? I wonder weather to take the cooler and clean it somehow?

So cleaned the iat and found my hose was about halfway off the throttle body and there was oil down the pipe and sat in the throttle body itself. Can't see any holes in it. Also oil all on my bonnet.

The fuel iv put through it now is BP ultimate but iv been told by shark stage 1 can run fine on normal fuel. Only problem I had before the map was the idle would drop every now and then but other than that it was fine.

Will the fault code pop up on a normal fault reader? Shark only said about my evap delete bringing a code up but that's been mapped out. I removed the charcoal canister. It's not been smoke tested and not been on a rolling road.

No iv not replaced the coolant temp sensor? Where abouts is that located? What would that have to do with airflow tho?

Where is the iat and map sensor located. Mayaswell clean them. Might help a little.

My idle has become more erratic too.

Turned into a creaking noise and it's doing it on every bump. Going to look at it sat.

Took back to shark and was unsuccessful in sorting out the surging. I'm trying to sort another visit to see if it can be sorted. Fingers crossed it can be. Iv heard lots of good things about them but I'm loosing faith.

Is it the bit near my dv?

Iv removed the n75 and put resistors in. Pulled the maf off and it runs like ****. Just thought could it be the **** fuel iv got in it?

Hey all just popped shark and had a stage 1 map put on my car. It's great until I hit 3k plus in 5th and it surges pretty badly. Still pulls like a steam train just very on off. What could it be?

Need to take a few pics but iv got a new bootlid to replace my dented one. Also iv installed a s3 lower strutbrace. Purchased a r32 front arb just need to find a rear to match it.

I had issues with my standard wheels hitting my ap coilovers. I had about 2mm gap so I'd defo watch out. Iv had to run 8mm spacers to make sure they won't rub.

Hey all. I'm getting the occasional knock from passenger front. Only seems to be when I go up my drive which is very bumpy when u first pull in. What do you guys think? Drop links?

Could be spilt oil? If not rockercover gasket. Oil anywhere else? Could be dipstick tube if oil is elsewhere

Hope it fixes it for you. I get problems with reverse. Sometimes it takes a while to select it and it's pretty hard to get back out after.
