I think the 64 is hours of use till service so engine running time. Mine had the same take a picture of it iv just had mine serviced because it was 9800 miles since last one and i always service every 10,000. Once that 500 gets to 0 it will start bonging noise when you get in the car before startup with a sign saying service. Check your manual as stated above if its fixed service then go off that and we will assist in resetting the service light using a key and odometer sequence.
