Thanks Huskoda. I had looked at Blackvue before collision but as in previous comment was concerned about size of mirror housing which now appears bigger. Will take a look at Mobius.

Is it too early in delivery schedules to discuss which Dash Cam is best and easiest to fit to the new Skoda? Has anyone any thoughts or experience from MkII especially with respect to cables etc... I ask because I am recovering from head on collision and think maybe its time I got one as it would have answered lots of questions when I was hit by drunken driver.

Just been told build week 8th November. Good job its 4x4 as we will need it for winter delivery in December......

Maybe it will arrive twice as quick????

Skoda Customer Services advised me to ring them for update on orders by quoting SLI/Order number 03330 037 504. Hope this helps.....

Ordered my new Superb on 22/7 but still waiting for SLI/Order number despite numerous requests via email and telephone (all un answered) and to Skoda direct. Is there anyone else please still waiting for their SLI/Order number? Is it just poor professionalism and customer service now they have the order or is it general case with everyone? Maybe the S in SLI stand for Secret?

Hi ordered yesterday 22/7 a Superb L&K 4x4 DSG 190BHP with vent seats and spare wheel to replace written off 2014 model and was given end of October. Tomorrow I am buying a rocking chair for the long wait lol......

Many thanks to everyone for welcome. New car ordered now thanks to new for old scheme. Time to sit back for a long wait till October and deal with paperwork. Heard today that the driver has had insurance voided from inception and she is being taken to court by own insurers to recover costs of 3 written off cars...... Quite a pricey drink she had eh?
