  1. I've not my had Octavia since late 2019 so I'm probably quite out of date but I remember issues like this would come and go with various app updates. I would try the usual things like different USB cables (I had one that worked for everything expect Android auto), clearing the WhatsApp and AA app cache etc.
  2. @aki78 You're the person whose name I couldn't remember in my previous post
  3. Video shows LED reversing lights with no CANBUS errors (built-in resistors?). There are some threads on LED bulbs where one member, whose name I can't remember, tested quite a few from AliExpress. Do both of your reversing lights come on or is only one enabled? I used OBDEleven to enable both fog lights but can't remember if reversing was the same. Front Door.20191026 000000 1.m4v
  4. Rear right wheelwell sounds familiar for the cabin pressure membrane - I'm sure I've heard it 'flap' when closing the boot.
  5. Hey Matt, that was my car! It's got Android Auto and Apple car play for maps. It also has rear passenger side airbags, and crew protect assist on top of the spec you've mentioned. I had a great time driving it and I hope you do too! Edit: if you're using isofix for the car seat, those little plastic bits that cover the metal clips fit into the drawer cubby thing under the rear air vents.
  6. Still for sale... and still no sign of its replacement 4 months after ordering 🤐

  11. If mine kicks the seat I take his shoes off and make a big deal that he lost his "shoe privileges." His grandparents and his mum do the same so he knows it's a naughty thing to do - I wouldn't allow him to rub his shoes over the sofa and my car cost more than that That said, I saw someone create a makeshift tablet holder by tying something over the shoulders of the seat (might have been a tie). If you want function over form you might be able to use something similar to hold a seat cover in place.
  12. Get the app on your phone already. You get 1 free credit/day when you open the app and can receive an extra credit for each video ad you watch (up to 5/day). The credits are then used for "apps" which are a quick means of making changes such as enabling cornering fogs. Updates for me this year: Winter wheels - Done (although I had to change insurance provider at renewal as QMH wouldn't cover me with modified alloys) Fit rear mud guards - have done the fronts but need to remove the wheels for rears Change rear indicators and reversing bulbs to LED Change front fogs to LED Bonnet struts Paint correction - stonechips at front, scratch on the bootlid from some idiot in a carpark Floor mats - The drivers side mat had worn through by 40k miles Rear sill guards + 3m clear tape as my son now wants to climb in by himself Hardwire the dashcam
  13. Mine has unexpectedly activated several times in the past 3 years. Once in heavy snow with a van diagonally in front of me - I figure the car interpreted the van as coming across my path, once for a crisp packet when pulling away from some lights which nearly resulted in the car behind ramming me - that would have been fun to explain to the insurance company, and one recently when there was a bus in the bus-stop - I think the car misjudged my trajectory as it was tight but I had space to pass safely.
