£3,500 spent so far and about another £3,000 to go for Stage 3. 1st Pic bog standard 2nd pic 1st time Jabba Sport (Stage 2) 3rd to 5th pics are 2nd second time at Jabba Sport lowered and Splitter (pre Stage 3) What do you all think ??? Any opinions welcome

Honest tip Dont use your local dealer unless yor car is under warranty as they charge top wack, and half of the work thats supposed to be done by them gets sub contracted out to other garages. :thumbdwn: Exactly what happens in accident repairs in most cases You will be able to get all four of your wheels refurbed for £100 ish just ask around to see whos good in your area though.

Just spoke to Total VAG and as many of you are aware the company that made the after market metal sump guard for the Furby no longer exists thanks to the British public over spending. They advised me to look for a Seat Leon Pd130 guard on ebay (ASZ) Can anybody tell me if this will fit and do the job or not ??? Or if anybody has any other knowledge of who is making these ??? As they seem to be like gold dust and with the roads in West Yorkshire I really could do with one as my car is going lower.

Correct but it's finding a company that does it for the Fabia VRS. Just tried that Racelogic but no joy.

Is there any Retro fit Launch Control available for the Fabia VRS ??? If so where from & how much ??

To the garage straight away. If its a reputable dealer I would reject the car and say its not fit for the road.

I would if I didn’t already have a Furby but I can’t just throw Littlebull aside now I’ve become really attached. Besides, I'm not keen on the Silver (no offense Shifty) colour. As of this Friday I’m pretty much there just need a FMIC, upgraded turbo, upgraded injectors and exhaust and I'll be spitting bits of coal at you in no time Think I’m gunna have to get a LSD before those though so hmmm easy 4k there which will be a 7k round about figure for all mods. Does that sound about right Shifty???

On serious note can we please set a date for this next meet so we can put it in our diaries. Postmanpat was saying the 11/12/08 at first so which date is it to be as alot of people cant make the Curry night on the 13th. IMHO I think we would be better off having the meet at the weekend on the 20/12/08 then resuming the normal meet pattern on the 08/01/09. I'm PM'ing the Postmanpat to get something sorted about this.

Well worth it mate! I went to my first one on the 13/11/08 Malthouse meet and had a cracking laugh with everyone. There was one hair raising experience though but your far better off asking Lady Elanore about that one hehe
