  2. @Are_Hoyland for Ignition button -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/468315-stop-start-button/?tab=comments#comment-5515644 for Start-Stop -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485940-memory-module-for-start-stop-button/
  3. yes, OEM is Monroe - list of choices: 1. OEM Monroe 2. Bilstein B4 DampTronic 3. Bilstein B6 DampTronic and two lowering coilover sets 4. KW Street comfort 5. Bilstein B16 DampTronic Bilstein had long period with parts shortage, front pair of B6s i waited 5 months and rears 13 months, last not installed yet (ordered from Germany, Tuning-Expert.com) to avoid lowering i chose from weightier car - from Audi Q2 for Superb front axle and Superb AWD springs for FWD Superb as result front axle go 0mm loweringm and rear got ~12 mm lowering
  4. have no opinion with Mib1 and yes, even when Mib2H download/upload procedure is easier than find for manufacturer DVD for Mib1, i prefer Waze for daily routes and additionally Google Maps for abroad trips
  5. @Frankenfurter collect info about springs and compare -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/478335-does-the-sportline-have-stiffer-suspension/?do=findComment&comment=5689278
  6. @roottoot sounds like you are talking about different "regular" sized tires with different pressure, i'm about case when installed OEM spare wheel which has -5.3% in diameter / circumference
  7. not true! after few minutes warning comes back what disables usage of Cruise Control 😞 ~80 kms long trip were enough for decision of replace OEM 205/55r16 spare wheel tire to 205/65r16
  8. just in case not all, there are huge amount of similar threads Copy-Paste from another thread -> Pros and Cons have been described already: a) same size as all other wheels + can be installed on any axle + can be used for unlimited distances + no size diff = no speed limits + Cruise control will be available - boot floor will be pushed few cm up - most expensive b) custom 205/65r16, full diameter (my choice) -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/442912-full-size-spare-wheel/page/2/?tab=comments#comment-5040470 + minor width diff will provide safe driving on + 30% of speed printed on spare disc. Important note, when installed on rear axle. + can be used for longer distances + minor circumference diff will provide ability of Cruise control usage. In theory, i haven't had to test it after OEM 205/55r16 were replaced. + fits in it's place, doesn't change size of boot. c) OEM 205/55r16 + lot wider than 'd' = safer than 'd', but don't think printed speed limit can be exceed more than + 10%, even when installed on rear axle. + fits in it's place, doesn't change size of boot - huge circumference difference disables usage of Cruise Control - huge circumference difference isn't healthy for 4x4 d) OEM 125/70r18 + fits in it's place, doesn't change size of boot - huge width difference = absolutely unsafe, even when installed or rear axle. - huge circumference difference disables usage of Cruise Control - huge circumference difference isn't healthy for 4x4 -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/494383-can-anyone-with-a-20-tsi-220-factory-spare-wheel-tell-me-the-size/?do=findComment&comment=5550057 -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/493502-full-sized-tyre-as-spare/?do=findComment&comment=5556680
  9. @klosow push max forward and pull up from the rear side few pictures -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485940-memory-module-for-start-stop-button/?do=findComment&comment=5632678
  10. i fixed links in first post - VW have changed ..ROW.. filenames to previously used ..MRM..
  11. why not replace whole body? similar price, but result much better https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003157234648.html
  12. @Gabrielem look, everyone who have changed springs, have got conclusion, stock springs are too soft, and that aspect makes lot shorter choice list
  13. have no info, dealer left OEM stops when replaced OEM 5Q0411105GL to Eibach Pro 11-85-043-02-FA OEM 3Q0413031AK to Bilstein B6 DampTronic 23-254343 and additionally these parts were replaced by new 5Q0 412 249 E 5Q0 412 331 C 5Q0 413 175 C N 0150816 N 10106402 N 90954802 N 91246401 N 91021601 1K0 412 303 E 5Q0 412 545 D
  14. missing info about Coils can't give full picture, but 1 mm thinner Wire says they are softer
  15. my guess, these will be lower and softer than 11-85-043-02-FA Eibach Pro
  16. no, there is no comfort lose even with stiffer Eibach Pro springs! my opinion - standard springs are too soft for Superb and i can guess two reasons: 1. suspension, in general, is developed for lighter cars like A3 and Golf. 2. extra softness gives brighter difference between Comfort/Normal/Sport modes
  17. @Bap33 search on Ali by part code 3AD 947 411 https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/393511-what-bulbs-are-fitted-to-the-s3-upgraded-bulb-recommendations/?do=findComment&comment=5379007 for your Sportline friend https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/393511-what-bulbs-are-fitted-to-the-s3-upgraded-bulb-recommendations/page/12/?tab=comments#comment-4994279
  18. think about KW, with Bilstein i have got never ending story - front axle is perfect now -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485647-bilstein-b6-dcc-shock-absorbers-available-at-last/page/3/?tab=comments#comment-5620484 but rear's B6 are out of stock over year 😞 -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/478335-does-the-sportline-have-stiffer-suspension/?do=findComment&comment=5682678
  19. @superbuser35 two pairs ordered from Ali -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/393511-what-bulbs-are-fitted-to-the-s3-upgraded-bulb-recommendations/page/8/?tab=comments#comment-4842014 extra pair from the top -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/393511-what-bulbs-are-fitted-to-the-s3-upgraded-bulb-recommendations/?do=findComment&comment=4893173
  20. OEM front DCC shocks were replaced on 43 and 47 kKM under warranty, right/left separately. when warranty ended, after another 63 and 58 kKM, i replaced to Bilstein B6 DampTronic -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485647-bilstein-b6-dcc-shock-absorbers-available-at-last/?do=findComment&comment=5625462 only front axle, rears are out of stock 😞
  21. don't think it can be harmful DSG lever has limiter which doesn't allow move N->D when standstill without press brake pedal, in other case it blocked move D<->N while motion too. personally for me, limiter is annoying option, because i can't see where is lever, 'N' or 'D', on the dashboard that symbol is covered by Start-Stop icon 😞 (fixed in ~4 months newer cars, but not for mine)
  22. with DSG too. as i have read, all cars since 2019 have coasting by default in all driving modes, can't imagine how will be mountain driving with that configuration. i'm happy with current(DSG6 2016) 'D' mode and quick move of DSG lever, which can give different behavior without open Drive Mode sub menu: D - slow braking N - coasting S - braking by engine

  24. Eibach OE replacement springs and Eibach Pro lowering springs are different stories @Carlstontalks about EO replacement, same height, but too soft by mine and other Å S3 owners opinion Eibach Pro gives perfect stiffness, but officially provided sets come only together with lowering. when first two (soft or low) can't be accepted, my case, chose Eibach Pro from some weightier MQB car Eibach Pro F11-85-043-02-FA front (from Audi Q2 lowering set) perfect on Å S3 2.0 FWD/AWD Eibach Pro F11-79-008-01-HA rear (from Superb AWD lowering set) acceptable on Å S3 2.0 FWD Hatch but what rear springs for Å S3 2.0 AWD?
