Smartlink
Smartlink cannot be activated. we tried to solve it. BCM does not support it before 2019, he would also have to replace the BCM

@Gizmohave you tried it on the Fabia 3 as well? I tested today and no change. it's still the same start logo on maxidot. the radio (infotainment) is not a problem to change

Skoda Fabia Mk3 REAR Parking Sensor *retrofit*
He never did that. On my own, I was lucky to have exactly 3K left (after mounting 7K in another car). I later got 7K because of the front sensors. I found 2 units by chance. I already had to let the acquaintance convert from 8K to 7K

Skoda Fabia Mk3 REAR Parking Sensor *retrofit*
you won't find out from the photo, you have to connect the diagnostics and load the unit 10, ie the PDC, directly. at first glance they are the same, the difference is in the so-called dataset. it determines how many sensors the unit should display. unfortunately for us, only the Fabia 3 uses 3 rear sensors. all cars of the VW group I know use 4 rear sensors. We solved a similar problem in the topic of front sensors - 7K or 8K. you will not find out by sight, only by diagnostics 8K / 4K can be converted via ODIS to 7K / 3K as needed. VCDS can't do it I have never solved the workshop number, I leave what the VCDS program chooses. request out of range is a "request out of range" - you are trying to set something that a given unit or a given car does not know. my lay opinion ....

Skoda Fabia Mk3 REAR Parking Sensor *retrofit*
fuse is positive, ground is negative. only 1 driver (plus) still goes to the fuse, minus goes to the car body you have a inappropriate unit, you need 3K instead of 4K. if you exchange it for a message, the first error will disappear (Open or Short to Ground) 3K means it is for 3 parking sensors 4K means it is for 4 rear sensors Fabia 3 uses only 3 sensors at the back. the same problem was solved when adding front sensors - most units are 8K (ie 4K + 4K - 4 front and 4 rear sensors). Fabia 3 needs 7K units (4 front and 3 rear)

Skoda Fabia Mk3 Front Parking Sensor *retrofit*
playing SW makes me familiar, but the price is definitely lower than yours. but it probably depends on each individual. the front is connected correctly, otherwise it would also report an error at the front and display an exclamation mark (!) you can only solve the error with the parking brake with another dataset RTA - rear traffic allert is part of BSD - blind spot detect - blind spot sensor. I have added it too, instructions are on the web

Skoda Fabia Mk3 Front Parking Sensor *retrofit*
Plug in, code and test. If, on the other hand, you only swap the pin in the control unit connector. I never hooked up an English car. Holders for sensors according to the photo. Each holder has a different "cutout". The cut-outs also show the cut-outs and turn the parking sensors according to the photo. Btw, if only the original holders, at least in small print they should be marked

Skoda Fabia Mk3 REAR Parking Sensor *retrofit*
No pin number, but fuse number. Position 35 in fuse box! Follow the schematic or open car manual. Fuse 30 is written in the manual, but in order not to have to change the pin on the cable, I put it on fuse 35, which was free

Holder must have part number: 6V0 919 485 – left out 6V0 919 485 A – left in 6V0 919 486 A – right in 6V0 919 486 – right out The right / left side is determined in the direction of travel I have left-hand drive and I have cables on the left side Cables for the engine compartment should be stored on the driver's side - where there is also a wiper motor

no5 is parking module, control unit front (rear) PDC. on right hand drive you have it on driver side between steering wheel and door

because byte 16 is for Rapid, there is a bad description! for Fabia 3 this is byte 22

[Retrofit] Rear electric window
Yesterday I received another engine, which I thought would be correct according to the sign in the bottom line of the BEP. This is exactly the designation of the engine positioned from a friend's car for a test and it worked properly. I also compared the coding, everything is the same ... This is the third engine from the third "store" and neither of them works properly. No attacks?
