After change diaphragm and every gaskets

Dear Ricardo 1-It is hard to get vacuum meter but i spray around carburitor i think if there is leak the engine will stop(i don't know if this action wrong or true) 2-i don't know what arrow 1 pointing to 3-i found diaphragm gasket not good and i will change it 4-i don't have part 3 in carburitor 5-i found idle jet - primary and fuel mixture adjusting screw with no o- ring. I want your advice ,buying kit repair or change gasket again??
