Just gone out to the car tonight and it’s got a dead battery. Is got stop start but is it ok to jump it off another car battery?

Don’t know whether this has been asked before but, Ive just seen some audi sq5 callipers. The wonder was would they fit on my octavia? I’m sure their 4 pots and use 380mm disc as far as I can see. I know the Touareg/Porsche ones fit straight on. Any thoughts? Cheers Phil

As above really, thinking of fitting them now I’ve got my car cleaned properly. Might give it a little bit of depth. Genuine ones are moulded, even tho they say they don’t fit they quite clearly do! The rally ones are just straight but wider. Opinions, or has anyone got them fitted to compare? Cheers Phil.

Just picked up the car from “The Shining Monkeys” detailers. GTECHNIQ Crystal Serum light + EXO V4 Fleck in the paint makes it look like a different car. Amazing job! Took the picture about the only time the sun popped out in between ****ing down! Didnt want to take it out their showroom, lol!

Wonder weather these would fit with the Brembo BM5 4 pot callipers of the Porsche and Toureg on EBay? would make an excellent upgrade!

Has anyone tried to retro fit the Canton sounds?

Just got my Octavia 230. Wasn't sure on the colour but it has deffo grown on me! Only thing it hasn't got is Canton, looking into a retro fit or quatily upgrade. Getting detailed hopefully next week and then next a couple of up grades.

Any help most appricated. Got my vrs 230 last week and the garage left out the sat nav SD card. Long story but it's been an argument for two weeks. So anyone with a 230 can you have a look at your SD card and get me apart number. The dealers having all kinds of chew. Trying to make it easier than it's turning out to be. Cheers Phil

Right, ive just been to vasstech to book the car in for check over. They say is due a service shortly and it looks like it needs rear discs and pads. This said I'm dropping the price to £7400 knowing it needs a a little bit of run of the mill maintenance. Cheers Phil
