Canton VS something else
I had Canton in My Superb and was very happy. I have Canton in my Kodiaq, and am not happy. I'm going to buy Enyaq, I'm not going for the Skoda Sound System, but something that I think is incredibly much better. It probably costs a little more , but I reckon it's worth it. Here is a link to the guys in Ålesund who do this. Bass Brothers. https://www.facebook.com/bassbrothersas There is a room below everything in the trunk for which they make a tailor-made bass box. It looks really exciting. They also have a post where they describe the sound process and the work with this. Is there anyone here who will take a closer look at this or similar things?

😂 Yeah.... However, I did order mine in the beginning of july 2021.... I think that the lumbar support is quite nice with the electric seats. I have had 4 Superbs and have a Kodiaq now. All with electric seats. I think the seats are good. I drive a little over 60.000 km a year. But, I don´t have any problems with my back in the first place...

Yes I did. That is because I think Sportline has better looks out side. The black details in the front and ordinary car colour all the way down at det doors. No black plastic at tet bottom of the doors or bottom rear. This is the first time I go for a better look outside the car, rather than inside. The sportline inside looks rather dull. It is good seats, however, with everything black it is kind of booring. In Norway the Sportline has more options in the bottom price. if I should build an ordinary iV80x up to a Sportline it would be more expencive. If I should do that I would have a black car to hide the black plastic, and then I would go for the Lodge interior. Lodge is wonderful. I dont like leather seats. I had that on my Superb L&K`s. It is cold at wintertime and warm at summertime. I did have one Superb with ventilated seats, it was ok. But not more than ok...

Enyaq Video In Motion coding
Hi. Does this means that Enyaq allow you to see videoes when the car is standing still? Like charging? How do you do that?
-
About to order Enyaq - what packages to skip?
Hello, Sweden.... You have made some good choices, I see. I myself would not have leather seats. i would go for lodge. For about one year ago I configured my Enyaq, and explained a little why I made the choices. It is the second link... After a while I change the whole thing to Sportline, with some comments on the choices I have ordered it in July 2020, and it will bee delayed....

Wireless Charging - The Phone box
The iPhone 12 has MagSafe. Magnetic coils in the phone so that it will more easily hit the magnets in the charging coils on the disc and thus charge more correctly. How does this work with wireless charging in a car? Is the charging magnet positioned so that they meet with car and telephone? Is there any default location for this on all phones? There is 7.5 W for Qi chargers, while the iPhone 12 can allow up to 15 W. The Enyaq has the Qi mark, doesn`t it? Dose it still allow 7.5W? I have seen that several people put things at the bottom of the phone box to get the phone further out of the box. Is this because that the charging coils will collide otherwisw the charging will not start? Does the phone box actually charge the phone or does it just keep the battery level at same spot if you use carPlay the whole time and make a lot of calls? From 10-80%, how long does it take to charge with CarPlay in use?

Enyaq vs Tesla Model Y
Why? If people like a traditional looks, why should they not get a car like that? Why? Who desides this?
-
Enyaq vs Tesla Model Y
I would go for Enyaq. Enyaq is smoother, while Y is harder to drive. In Y you feel every bump in the road. Someone mention TeslaBjørn, and he agrees: The seats in Enyaq is way more comfy than in Y. In my oppinion there is a big downside i Y. You have to use the big screen for everything. Just to open the clovecompartment you have to use the screen twise. It is not very convinient to have it all on the big screen. In my opinion Enyaq also looks more like a car than Y.

2022 Enyaq Updates
In the autumn of 2020, it was intended that the charge would be 170 on Enyaq. IDBuzz has 170 and is built on MEB. Therefore, I think it's a little strange that VAG has found out that they will charge Enyaq at only 130.

Tidal, CD sound, Master sound, Hi-Fi, Bluetooth and CarPlay
Hello. everyone. I have some questions about streaming music and what quality to expect. I have had Spotify until now, as they will not have CD sound quality on their music. Tidal brags that they have it, so now I have Tidal. Tidal also has Hi-Fi Master sound which is perhaps closer to LP sound ...? At least much better than CD . But how do I get Master sound in the car? I can connect wirelessly with bluetooth, but then I read that the bandwidth of bluetooth is too poor to send over either CD and Master audio. I can also connect to CarPlay, then with a cord in my Kodiaq. I am going to buy a Enyaq i august. Will it help anything with a cord to get master sound in the car? Enyaq has a connection to CarPlay cordless. Do I need a special cord? Do I need an adapter? DAC?

Columbus audio formats 96/24 and 192/24
Cool. With what did you play the files? And how did you connect it to the Columbus? I have an iPhone and using Tidal to play music. Tidal uses Master and Hi-Fi like you describe. Spotify has a lot of loss in their music.

Skoda Enyaq - What Spec & Add ons?
Hi, there. I am from Norway. This would be my car if I order a company car. I must have a new car in august 22, so I must pretty soon order one... This will be the car: ENYAQ iV 80X Sportline 77 kWh 265 HP Kr: 520.680,- A lot of the optionals are included in 80x Sportline, thats why the price are set as 0,- kr. Have in mind that £1 is about 12,86 kr We do not have VAT or Taxes on EV´s or the options for the EV when you buy it. The equipment are as follows: Climate package plus - Heated front and rear seats, heated spray nozzles on the windscreen, heated front and rear seats, 3-zone climate and heated windscreen. This is included. 0, - kr Warranty prolongation for 5 years, until 100.000 km 0,- kr Heat pump. All the Norwegian Enyaqs has it as standard 0,- kr 9 airbags are all included 0,- kr iV Universal charging cable with industrial connector 32A / 230V 0,- kr Convenience package plus- KESSY full, Phonebox with wireless charging, Keyless entry and start/stop system advanced. Sun Set with additional interior noise suppression, fatigue warning and electrically operated boot with virtual pedal . 0, - kr Parking package plus Intro - Parking sensors at the front, rear view camera with area view. Such an area view camera is not necessary for me, and the other is included in the car. 0, - kr Driver package sport plus - 3-spoke sports steering wheel with heating, recu-paddles, DMS, HOD, progressive sports steering and adaptive chassis DCC. I had DCC on my Superb and I liked it. Great with comfort in the city and on the highway. Lovely with sports on winding country roads. Fine with normal on ordinary driving. This was so good that I want it again. 7.700 kr Comfort seat package basic - Electric driver seat with memory, electric adjustment of lumbar support. This is a company car and the passenger can easily adjust the seat manually. I use the car 90%, and we do not drive very much privately. Now it sounds very good with massage and for me who runs 60,000 km a year so maybe it would have been a good idea? I have to put it on hold until I get to test how this works. Currently it will be NOK 0,- Light and view package plus - Full LED Matrix headlight with headlight washers, LED daytime running lights, extended LED taillights and Crystal Face. The luminous grill was so stylish that I have to have it. 7.000 kr Infotainment package plus - Navigation with online infotainment for 3 years, predictive cruise control and AR Head up display. The test car I tested had HUD. I think that was fine. Good overview and nice info right on the windscreen. Everything I needed of info was right in sight. Right in sight was also the reflection of the piano-painted list / screen / little wall that was to hide the "hole" in the dashboard, which is located on the dashboard. The sun shone on this and reflected a lot. First straight from this list and into my eyes, and from the list and up into the window so that there was even more glare. I'm not going to have this. The other with info and the like. I do not need as I have Apple CarPlay. I do not want predictive cruise control either. This also had my test car. It sounds nice, but the problem is that the car has old info about speed limits. So on the highway I was cruising at 110 km / h and suddenly the car slows down to 90! Pretty powerful ... 90 was an old speed limit. Sometimes it also spotted a speed limit sign on the bridge and redused the speed. This happened several times. It took a while before I realized what this was and got it turned off. Very unpleasant experience. I do think I want this after all. 9.500, - kr Assisted Drive Package Plus - Adaptive cruise control (ACC), Side assist, blind spot protection, proactive passenger protection, Travel Assist 2.0, lane assist with traffic jam assist and emergency assist. 0, - kr Family package basic - Electric child lock, mechanical sun blinds at the rear, 230V socket (50Hz, 150watt) and 2 USB-C in the rear seat. A good package with the outlets and sunblind. 4.200,- kr Transport Package - Variable floor, rear seat backrest releaset. 3.800,- kr. Metallic paint / Pearl effect It will be Artic silver. 6.600 kr Tow bar electrically retractable. I must have that. Also at work. 9.900,- kr Mud flaps. So that it does not get so dirty and worn in the paint. 2000, - kr Skoda Connect Infotainment Online + 2 years 0,- kr Then the total price will be NOK: 571.000 for the car. And this I mus do on my own after I reseve the car: I will not order the ŠKODA Sound System with 10 speakers and subwoofer. I had Canton in my Superb and was super happy with it. I have Canton in my Kodiaq now and am not happy. In Ålesund there is something called Bass Brothers. https://www.facebook.com/bassbrothersas I will have such a facility. It costs a little more than SSS NOK 10.000 and NOK 1.500 to get someone to install it it. This can be removed again and mounted on another Enyaq later. 11.500,- kr

Some nitpicking from my Enyaq testdrive
Hi, there. I am from Norway so please be gentle with my english. 1) There is an option to pull out “the wall” between the two holes. Then you can place the wall 1 cm to the left and get one big hole and one small hole. 2) The only reflection I discovered was from the HUD cover. A little wall standing and covers the big hole where the HUD lights are coming from. The glossy piano black reflects on to the windscreen and the sun reflects straight to the eyes. 3) This is better for everyone who drives on the right side, though. Such as I do. 8, 9, 10) I get your points. Luckily you can switch off that speed reading function and still keep the other things with the predictive cruise control. I will turn it off my self. I had the same experience as you had. I think I might order a 80x Sportline without HUD. In Norway we do have different specs than you have.
