  1. Yes it probably is, but a great start for me. Thanks allot mate!
  2. Awesome, would you be able to help me out? 1. Open VCDS and go into module 2 (gearbox). Take a photo of that screen. 2. Click "Coding - 07" Take a photo of that screen to. These are the two images I need to compare to my gearbox. Really appreciate this! Your's is a TSI Kodiaq?
  3. Hello, I'm hoping for some help from users in here. I'm willing to pay for the one that can help me. What I need is someone who has access to a Kodiaq -18 with 2.0TSI and DQ500 gearbox. You also need VAG-COM. I'm after the long coding for the DQ500 on this perticular car. It's for a big project I'm almost finished with. If you have the above, please contact me and we'll make it so that both parties are satisfied. It takes about 5 minutes to get this from the car and I know exactly how to do it. Cheers!
  4. I've been searching like a maniac on how to disable voice command. I have a custom system that I've build with Arduino to open and close my exhaust valve (highly tuned car). My favorite button to use would be the Voice Command button on the left side. I never use the function so I want to disable the voice command entirely. I've been going through vagcom for hours without any success. Anyone know? Thanks!
  5. I've ordered a dashcam that I will modify and make it look OEM on the car. I've done that before and it works great. The Dashcam has S-video (yellow video cable) or video out as it's sometimes called. I have the big screen in my MY16 Skoda Superb 280. Wonder if the S-video cable can be hooked up to view it on the screen?
  6. I made a small progress, alltho not able to change the throttle from "Skoda" to "Audi" as the long coding does not match. The problem about the security code that you mentioned @MartiniB is solved. The MK7 Golf is basically the exact same car as the 280ps Superb. So I found this list of security codes for the MK7 R. Remember that I have not tested any of them except "Engine 01" which allowes me to login via OBDeleven. Might be usefull for someone. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the list: http://www.vwwatercooled.com.au/forums/f197/vcds-vag-com-codes-programmable-options-golf-mk7-84619-46.html
  7. Exactly my point. Very well formated. ESC is great if you're caught of guard driving normally, but when having fun on a huge parkinglot or something. You'd wanna turn it off. I bought OBDeleven and have now made quite a few changes to the car. One of them is being able to turn OFF ESC. And for the serious skidpan, dont you worry. I aint no noob and I aint stupid... You make it sound like I'm gonna go drifting in the middle of the city with people and cars around. I dont do that even if you think so. I will have fun when conditions allow me to. Just like everyone else. Remember, YOLO!
  8. Hello everyone. Just got myself an OBDeleven. Nifty little thing! Tried the throttle sensetivity mod. Changing from Skoda to Audi. Supposed to be a huge difference. When looking in the OBDeleven, the coding is not as in this image. I even tried to change anyway but it would not accept it. Any ideas on this ?
  9. Thanks mate. I'll look into it when I get my OBDeleven.
  10. Hello, Do anyone know how to disable / de-code the rear wiper on a 2016 Skoda Superb 280? I'm going to remove the wiper because I honestly think it looks ugly and I do not need it. So to not get error codes, disabling it in VCDS should be my best option. That should also make the washer fluid disabled. Appreciate any reply. Thanks!
  11. Interesting answers. I hope the de-coding of Start/Stop will work for me. As I dont see the point in it. The auto hold works great, I dont need to hold the brake pedal down. But I always put the car in N when at a light. I dont like it trying to "get away". That only eats the clutch pre-mature.
