Have been waiting for some information from Palm Automotive about the custom fit blinds they do. Can't seem to get hold of much more info or any close ups so have decided to order some and see how they are. Only information is in the form of generic pictures and video. Fingers crossed they are ok. I will post when they are fitted to let you all know what they are like. They do post and pre FL sets for both hatch and estate.

Did you manage to get any pictures?

Hi. Ive been looking at the palmautomotive website at these sunblinds. Ive had a look at the pictures and watched the video but its not clear to me how they attach. Are they secure in the way they do. I don't want to buy them if the attachment fall to bits or come unstuck after not to long. Are they brackets/clips self adhesive? Are the rear boot blinds any good? Could you post some pictures perhaps? Cheers in advance.

Certainly is what I'm referring to. Just telling you what they told me on the phone when I rang to change it over. I even asked them to check that they had the correct details as it was so cheap. Cheaper to insure than the MK1 Fabia VRS I had on a 56 plate. Insurance company is Admiral by the way.

Group 5 is what my insurance company told me when I changed it over (old numbering system?). Anyway certainly cheaper than the Jeep I had before. Actually surprised me as I though it was going to cost me a load more. I got a refund!!!

Thats exactly what I look for in the cars I buy. Like the Meriva VXR I had before. Something a little different.

I have a mac. Is it possible to back up my itunes tracks onto an external drive and then connect the drive using the MDI USB cable? Cheers

Picked my Fabia VRS Estate up from the dealers yesterday. Fantastic! Will post some photos when I get the chance. Black Magic, Black Alloys. (Pimp/Gangster car apparently!) Didn't come with an MDI cable. Once I pointed out it was in the brochure they supplied me one free of charge. They said the 'cable' mentioned in the brochure was the actual wiring cable for the MDi interface. Does anyone know how to get into the maxidot settings?

Week 35

Had a phone call from the dealer today. Mines at Grimsby waiting to be delivered to the dealer. Told should have it next week. Lovely! Apparently only 3 in the country this year.
