  1. Came out of a 2011 Superb Estate Elegance, never used. Wheel and fixings only. £20 collected or add delivery from EN5.
  2. Winter tyres speed setting? As others have said, it's an unusual Skoda sound and no visible warnings either is odd.
  3. More rudeness against the fairer sex, just for giggles of course...
  4. @mattft86 are these replacement bits or painted/PlastDip'd?
  5. For the best quality replacement, try Superskoda: http://www.kopacek.com/OCTAVIA-III/ I believe they are a bit of a faff to fit but doable with patience.
  6. Thanks, I will mention it to the dealer at the next opportunity. They have already put a few things right for me and have been good as gold so far. It's a new to me 2018 car, I got it in December 2022. Dealer is Citygate, Bushy, Watford.
  7. I have noticed with my 2018 vRS TDI Auto, that there is no fwd creep too; more lurch! It's very annoying when other autos and torquey manuals you could creep on the brake. I do feel it is worse with a cold car/engine, less of a problem, less of a lurch forward when warmed up. I will get used to it I'm sure but the car WILL LURCH forward with the slightest touch of the accelerator or release of the footbrake when auto-hold/hill-hold disengages - not so much in reverse as others have said; it makes parking very nerve wracking! Judicious use of the handbrake might be the answer...
  8. Seems to be a common problem with the boot lights either in a failure of the holder or diode in the holder or by replacing with not so good quality LEDs. I'm not sure there is a setting to tell the car its LED and not Filament, I "think" the LED bulbs need to have the additional loading to act as filament so as not to confuse the system. I do not believe these lights are on CANBUS...? I have the same problem with a failed normal bulb and holder in the boot, disconnecting the holder cures my issue of alarm going off, hazards flashing and boot open warning.
  9. 👆This is the answer. The housing and the diode are at fault, even the bulb seems to be working fine.
  10. Dealer has now commented that it is a known problem for the light housing, not the bulb, to go faulty and cause these types of issues. A new one is on the way but for now I've just left it disconnected.
