    At speed, I get a loud flapping / rattling noise from the front; passenger side I think. I've not been out enough to give more detail and unlikely to be in a position to get up to speed too often but suffice to say, it happens around the 70mph ish mark. I will be mentioning it to the dealer but thought I'd see if anyone here had ideas please...? 2018 Octavia vRS TDI 2.0l 184 Auto. Thanks.

    I know this is a bit of a thread resurrection, but thought it useful to note that I had the same problem with my 2018 vRS Amundsen and Samsung Galaxy Note8 getting Andriod-Auto to work. The Samsung OEM USB to Type C cable worked for me where other cheaper versions or extensions did not.

    This switch seems to be a straight drop in for the one with out the folding folding icon. This mirror also seems to suit (available for LH and RH sides). On a 2018 vRS Estate, can one assume just retrofitting these to the existing fittings and looms and recoding with ODB11 or VCDS would enable folding in/out via the switch, folding in on lock and out on unlock...? I'd probably also swap the mirror covers with the current ones to retain colour matching. For approx. Ā£225.00, seems like a worthwhile project. Does anyone know...? Also, does anyone have OBD11 or VCDS near EN5 please? Thank you šŸ‘

    After the earlier than planned demise of my 2011 Superb Elegance Estate (it was going to happen next summer anyway due to bloody ULEZ expansion!), I'm about to take delivery of a, new to me, 2018 vRS 2.0 TDI 184 PS DSG Estate. I've already got a list of retrofits I'd like to investigate such as heated electric folding mirrors, black pack grill surround and a tow bar. It went well on the test drive and is obviously a totally different drive to my previous Superb - looking forward to many more Skoda (s)miles...

    My Superb Elegance is being scrapped. I bought this Columbus unit from a member some years back who also recommended a new GPS aerial; I'm now looking to sell it on. SkodaAuto badged Columbus 3TO 035 680 K NOT DAB Firmware 5238 Maps 8536 Code is known and supplied Supplied with owners manual and original Navigation DVD (V7) Extra GPS Aerial It's in very good condition and has not missed a beat. It'll be on eBay too... Ā£220.00 inc postage, or can be collected from EN5

    My Superb is off to the breakers. Currently with RPM in New Barnet. When I find out where it's going I'll post back. I've no space to do anything with it myself so you'll have to make contact with RPM or the breakers.

    Hello again! Sadly the 2011 Superb Elegance has had its day and will be scrapped - all a bit early for my liking as I had panned for 10 more months until ULEZ came in. Anyway, needs must, so I'm currently looking at a 2018 Octavia vRS...šŸ˜
