Admin charge and cancellation fee ....what a rip off....when the car arrives there will be half a dozen instant customers .

I have just found paperwork for current Octavia ....price of fixed towbar was £329 .17 inc fitting Programming and so on .

Main Dealer ....I have bought three new Skodas from them .....they know what they are doing...they have supplied my current Octavia and previous Yetis all with tow bars and programmed the electronics and in the case of current Octavia the rear view camera without any problems .

Ordered my 1.5 SE L TSI Estate on 28 Aug . Quoted £412 .50 for removable tow bar inc fitting .

My barber shaves my beard , the gardener mows the lawn ( or perhaps he presses the buttons on the robot ) and the daily hoovers the carpet . In my dreams .

Why bother washing cars .....they just get dirty again. Mine gets a wash and brush every year when it has a service .

I understand that GB stickers or GB legends on number plates are soon to be dropped in favour of UK badging. I have been looking in line and cannot find any number plates with this UK badging illustrated. Anyone help.

New Octavia SEL ordered 26. 08 .21 . Contacted by dealer yesterday ....informed Quartz Grey no longer available so have gone for Graphite Grey .

I too had ordered a new car in Quartz but contacted by dealer to say no longer available so have gone for Graphite .

Surely my dealer wouldn't mislead me by suggesting an overly optimistic delivery date !

SEL 1.5 TSI Estate ordered yesterday....Dealer estimating delivery late Oct / earl Dec . We shall see !

I have owned my 1.5TSI since new ( Oct 2019 ) and never experienced any problems with jerkiness or stalling or any of the other power delivery issues described by others . I consider it to be an excellent car with good fuel consumption and an adequate turn of speed. It most certainly does not " drive like crap " and is not " the worst car I have ever driven " Regards

I have a 1.5 TSI and it has no power delivery difficulties whatsoever . My French neighbour who has an impressive array of cars had occasion to borrow it a couple of weeks ago and quite unprompted described it as impeccable . Try one on a test drive rather than taking as gospel the opinions of others . Regards

Go for it you won't be disappointed !

I have a 1.5 TSI Estate manual ...excellent car ...no problems with power delivery , no hesitation smooth engine .
