I'm polishing the Rapid and sadly the paint isn't what it used to be. Whats the best way of restoring the paint? Its got lots of little "bits" in it and doesn't have the smooth finish it once had...

  A clay bar will remove all those little bits and make the paint smooth ready for polishing. Should be able to get a decent kit from a reputable manufacturer like Maguires at Halfords or any decent car accessory shop.
