I would have to agree with mark2jag fuel economy is poor but I'm putting this down to the car only having done 1300 miles, I'm currently getting around 38mpg but i do expect this to go up when I get a few more miles on the clock.

L&k 190 tdi 4x4 business grey. Electric front seats ventilated travel assist plus, smart light assist variable boot floor, htd washer nozzles, partition net rear/side windows, 3 spoke leather multi steering wheel, premium wlan plus, temp spare wheel, black leather interior, rear view camera gtechniq exterior and interior front and rear mudflaps infotainment screen protector/ish don't think I have left anything out.

Update spoke to dealer cars built from last week will come with 7spd both 150/190 there had been a delay, reason unknown.

Is there any way to check your car's spec online, just picked up car on Tuesday thought it would have 7spd dsg (190 4×4) but it's got the 6 spd was ordered in Aug but think was built in Oct any help would be great.

Picked up car and it's immaculate only problem was it was delivered with std pegasus alloys and I wanted the anthracite colour, so will just have to live with it. Not got the pics off deepshine detail yet but will chase him up, car may also be going on his Web page as one off his galleries along with all the rest.

So picked up car today, in short don't buy the protection film 24 it's to big but not by much, it also is off plastic material not glass.

It has arrived larger packaging than anticipated and cheaper just a flat poly wrapped bag really not a mobile style box, approx 2 1/2 times the size of an a4 page. Not fitted yet will do so at the dealers in the morning, when I also pick up the car (can't wait). Will post up pics soon.

Deepshine detail in Lincoln just round the corner from horton skoda using gtechniq products. Flying in to collect car then home to ni, using carwow was better priced than a local dealer.

About to pick up a superb l&k in business grey, and getting a company near to the dealer in Lincoln to give the car a full interior and exterior detail (ceramic coating). I've never had a new car before so thought I'd just treat myself with the detail so hopefully future maintenance will be easier.

Got confirmation cars in uk waiting on transporter date but dealer reckons a pickup date of 14 nov.

If the pic of the tdi engine is right is that the oil filter is on the front left side (from head on) , if so then as an interim service buy an oil drainer ie dry sump suction device (out dip stick) and then replace filter and oil then at dealer service they do the hard bit. (Hopefully)

Looks like I might nearly be on two oil changes a year getting the tdi 190 4x4. Are there any other tips regarding servicing regularities or is it just stick to the service schedule.

Would also do high miles 20k ish and have used vredestein this was on a vectra c 150 mainly a and b roads and was able to push on comfortably, got about 9k out of a front set and then rotated them round.

Car now apparently left skoda awaiting uk delivery.

Update from dealer car should be built either end of this week or next week.

This may have been already covered but can anybody recommend a good wrapping company near to nottingham / leeds.

All done deposit just put down, dealer estimates around end of this year beginning of next year.

Thanks for all the responses have to ring tomorrow to place order sales guy off today going for business grey l&k tdi 190 4x4 with most of the box's ticked, no pan roof or rear air bags but nearly everything else, comes in cheaper than equivalent sportline by about 1200. Should have said I'm ni based.

About to order a superb but not sure what are current build week (ie week 2 or 37) is just as a reference point for minor skoda updates on car spec.
