With vcds or other obd tool it is possible to adjust lumen level of switching point, plenty people did it, I drive very rare with high beams so for me it is working but sometimes fails.

Why would you replace the tank if it is single walled?

Mine 1.8tsi has G13 mit silikat and there is a bag on the engine side.

How difficult is to remove a bag? To remove bag and renew g13 coolant after 4 years?

After how many years and km it happened?

Moisture, ok but does it really makes trouble in cooling system? So what is wise on the end to do, after 4 years replace coolant with exp vessel?

Amundsen navigation doesn't work without sd card in unit.

Diesel or petrol? 4 years should be minimum.

I can confirm this in my country also, very bad customer care, so bad that I service my car in a city one hour drive away and in my city I have three skoda garages, but I had bad history with them so I decided to go where I get decent service.

I don't live in high traffic city so SS system with DSG is just annoying and killing driving fun, it's so much better without it, scrolling through driving modes also, during which SS would always come back on what is also annoying, I'm old fashiened and I don't want to press any buttons or screen during driving, that also the reason why I dislike new skodas and other cars that follow this touch screen mania in cars.

Just add coolant and monitor the level, in winter it should not drop, if you get alarm again you have a leak.

My tsi in summer traffic needs some coolant top up, just don't don't add wrong coolant, for mine is G13 which is not easy to find in normal shops.

Did somebody asked is it possible to retrofit motion sensing key fob to octavia3 or 3FL? Does the cover fit properly?

Mine OEM was Panasonic but Duracell that I installed also can't last a year, so in future the most used key fob will go on 6month replacement schedule. Last I did also in combination with some design upgrade from aliexpress:

For fuel consumption there is logic but it looks bad. Of course hubcentric high quality spacers with longer bolts is the only proper way.

And how much was left to the outer edge of the fender, 5mm? But I still don't know why skoda or alfa romeo for example makes rear wider than front?

What was the lifetime of OEM batteries with using start_stop and without? When it would be wise to replace?

I didn't get any answer on this so I will try again, after searching on net I couldn't find any benefit of having less track witdh in front on FF cars. Only benefit is more grip on straight line if your wheels are closer. I measured distance from fender to wheel and rear has 15mm,front 25mm so actually I could fit only 10mm spacers in front to be on the safe side to reduce this gap on front side. But I wonder will it downgrade handling?

That feature is on key fob of octavia IV. Yes, if you put old battery back maybe it will work couple of days but for sure if red led on key fob is not indicating, battery is for change regardless if no message on the dash.

After not even one year battery was for replacement,before message on display, this message came after couple a days with low battery, so the key fob that is used the most needs 2 changes a year to be reliable New key fobs are with standstill off, that solves this issue
