  11. Hi I got some aftermarket ones tailored for the estate, you can even have the windows open and the shades stay put, I put them in during summer and remove them in winter. https://www.carshades.co.uk/shades-skoda-superb-estate-full-rear-p-4498.html
  12. I ve just changed mine, and nothing was different, it worked as normal without and extra work, I don’t have a keyhole to put it into on the drivers door so don’t know if that made a difference.
  13. They only give an audio warning, not physically stopping you unless you are using adaptive cruise control, which will activate the brakes.
  14. Funnily enough I found my superb with its windows down as well this morning, but it closed up with the key as per normal. I have found that without a small drive every other day the battery os flat enough not to start, I have the charger like the one from Amazon but only paid a much smaller price from Lidl for a similar item, also a WiFi battery indicator from Lidl, I give it a charge once a fortnight, to top it up, and have a booster pack for when it won’t start. That’s the problem with lockdown, only local trips hardly even gets warmed up.
  15. Yes I’ve locked my keys in the boot , opened the boot with the remote puts keys down, loaded shopping and pressed the close boot with the boot button, had to go and get the spare from home to open the car and retrieve my keys.
  16. Just a button press on the tailgate I’m afraid, it won’t close from the remote key fob.
  17. I have a 2016 2ltr 150 sel executive, but no adblue.
  18. Yes Se L executive powered tail lift.
  19. Yes it is definitely locked and pulled shut that extra bit.
  20. Hi community,I m on holiday in Cornwall, and have acquired a problem. The tailgate closes as per normal, but when I lock the car the maxi dot display display flashes boot open in red and the hazard warning light button also flashes inside the car. When I the car is driven then the warning chimes are on for a door open and the display flashes very briefly about the boot, but it is secured and locked in a practical sense, so any ideas?? Don’t want it flattening the battery when parked, as the display doesn’t go out, when it’s parked up. Help from Hayle, Cornwall.
  21. Thanks for the heads up Martin.
  22. Ok thanks, I’ll probably need a new card, as the Skoda card is only 15gb, what type of card do I need, write speed type etc, or could you recommend one and I’ll order one in preparation for the new update.
  23. Hi , I would really appreciate some help, I’ve tried downloading the new maps to update the SatNav, but having difficulty in getting on the SDCard, one problem was the card was only 15gb and the download was 25.6gb. But what I would like to ask some kind person who is IT savvy, I will send a fresh 32gb sd card if you could download and instal it on the card for me to just put it back in the card and forget about it. I will pay some beer money or make a donation to a charity of your choice. I am just not able to sort it myself. Here’s hoping that someone is bored enough at home to help.
